Answer: The apartment / villa owner is always kept up to date with matters regarding his/her apartment / villa via email. Document correspondences, when necessary, are by courier at owner expense
In essence by signing a contract the apartment / villa owner authorizes SANGAU to only manage and maintain the apartment / villa. If you are interested in our property management services we shall assist you with further details.
All money transactions to and from the tenant are directly with the apartment / villa owner into his/her Bangalore bank account.
NO. We strive to keep the apartment / villa occupied as much as possible throughout the year. The notice period for termination of a rental agreement is 2 months and during this period we search for prospective clients such as to minimize vacancy days, if any.

I like a property, how do I schedule a showing?

Please call the office at (904) 425- SALE or e-mail Showing@PlanetRealtyJax.com between 9:00 AM- 5:00 PM Monday- Friday and an available agent will schedule a showing.

What does the application check?

The Planet Realty & Management application will check credit, background and rental history. Please note that a photo ID and proof of income will also be required.

I am from out of town, will you lease a property without me seeing it?

Yes, however we strongly suggest a family member or friend view the property first. We may require a disclaimer to be signed by the future tenant.

What is a Security Deposit Used for?

The Security Deposit is your good faith payment that you intend to move-in to a chosen property. The Security Deposit can be taken at any point during the application process. If the application is denied, the deposit will be returned. If application is approved and applicant decides not to move-in to property the full deposit is surrendered in order to reimburse advertisement, reservation and application fees. The deposit is also used after move-out to reimburse the owner of the property of any legal or physical damages, and will be returned if no damages occurred.

What do you require to move-in?

We require that all prospective tenants fill out our application and submit the $35.00 application fee. We also require the prospective tenant to put down a security deposit. Once approved, move-in may be scheduled.

When is Rent due?

Rent is due the 1st of every month, regardless of weekends, holidays or move-in/ move-out date.

I am a current tenant and need something repaired, what do I do?

Please fill out the Online Maintenance Request at PlanetRealtyJax.com or print and e-mail or mail the Repair Request form to Repair@PlanetRealtyJax.com or mail to 1487 Atlantic Blvd, Neptune Beach, FL 32266. Repairs that are not emergencies will be responded to between 9:00 AM- 5:00 PM Monday- Friday.

My lease is over, and I am moving out of a Planet Realty & Management property, what do I need to do?

You need to submit at 30 notice that you are leaving the property in writing to 1487 Atlantic Blvd, Neptune Beach, FL 32266. Please include the last date you will be at the property, note that it must be at least 30-days from date of mailing. Please also remember to update your contact information in the Tenant Menu at PlanetRealtyJax.com so we know where to send your mail and deposit if applicable.
